Good !

Fresh and simple UI! Function well, if this app is universal version will be better.

Mp3 player app

Overall, its far better than syncing. I can simply place all my music on my 64G iPhone and not worry about it. Also, tracks are ordered by how you type the titles in windows. And with mp3 format, the music is less of memory hog. There are a few flaws: I like to listen to whole albums once through. There is no Album Play option. Cuing up multiple albums at once would be great too. I have music the titles with foreign characters. You cannot zip these under Windows protocol. It means transferring this part of my collection song by song. I have some unexplained deleting of whole genre folders. It seems to be associated with installing other apps. Lacks album art support. And I cant seem to get the lyrics function to work. Transfer by wifi is easy, but it seems you need to restart the apps for each transfer. Havent figured out what seems to be unexplained protocol. However, considering all the flaws, I would not go back to syncing programs. And other similar programs had errors transferring files; songs drop out of albums.

mp3 player review

Works great, sounds good, easy ro use.

Love it!

Was up till 1am playing with this one. Im new to apple products but one thing I knew I didnt want to do was put all my mp3s in iTunes. Glad I found this program, transferring my music into the app was simple and now I have all the music we love for an upcoming family gathering at the beach. The only question I have is this. Can I load a wallpaper that will serve as a background image while the music is playing? I have no desire to load lyrics per the instructions but something other than the plain white background would be nice.

Direct and Simple

This is a simple works to play mp3s simply and without complication, that is all I need from a player.

Does not shuffle

This software is getting worse with every update. First they brought folder system, now it cant shuffle. Dont waste money.

Needs work

When syncing mp3s, the user should be able to sync the FOLDER containing the 10+ mp3s instantly. And it should appear on the iPhone as a folder with items in it. A User should not have to create folders on the app, sync mp3s, then add ALL the mp3s to the folder Manually.

Must have!

This app works great and is super easy to use. I use it in place of iTunes.

Dont waste your time.

It does not play any of my MP3s. Trying to get a refund. ITunes Store not wanting to connect. A wasted $1.99

Everything good

Works well, works in ipad 3 im a pro musician and works excellent.

i can load mp3s on ipad now

in ipad, in mail, just press and hold the mp3 file to load into mp3 player, works great, even after i delete the original email, mp3 gets stored in the ipad.

Works great!

No problem playing mp3s!

Not Half Bad, and Completely Infuriating

Be nice if there were a little manual or instructions page with screen shots showing how the few functions of this program are actually implemented. I bought this because I wanted to lose iTunes and just have an mp3 player that would let me upload and manage MY directories and directory structure. Youre supposedly able to zip a large music directory and then add it to MP3 Player, and unzip it. Im pretty sure most would assume that the quickest upload is going to be with your device plugged in and you upload the zip through iTunes. Unfortunately, this does NOT seem to work, after multiple tries. I was able to make smaller zips and upload them individually, unzip them, create folders for them, move them into place and start over with the next one. NOT whats advertised. You CAN, however, wi-fi a large file with no problem to the program/device. If you then reload the web page that shows the files, youre zipped file will be there, though it doesnt show up in the app on the phone -ANYWHERE -. I did get the file to show up after closing it out of the bottom tray and re-starting the app twice. Most of the buggy behavior is "cured" by closing the app out of the tray and re-starting. When sections of the interface are no longer available, for instance. MP3 Player has potential. Tighter coding of whats already there, and a simple manual would be a good start. If youre looking for a replacement for iTunes this will work, just be prepared to be infuriated...
